URLs can only contain certain characters. Special characters like spaces, &, =, ? must be encoded to %XX format.
- encodeURI — Encodes full URLs, preserves :/?#[]@!$&'()*+,;=
- encodeURIComponent — Encodes everything except A-Z a-z 0-9 - _ . ~
